Set up Issues and Troubleshooting for Amped Wireless

Setting up your amped wireless range extender is not as complicated as it may seem but there are times when issues pop up. Here are some common issues you may expect and how you can fix them:

  • Network issues: You cannot reach the set up page when your device is not connected to the router. Make sure that whether you use Ethernet or WiFi, the connection is proper.
  • IP address or URL issue: If the IP address or URL is incorrect, you will be unable to access the setup page. So, what you should do here is check the back of the  router to see if the one you are using is correct. Checking for wrong spelling and extra characters or numbers may also help.
  •  Browser issues: This rarely happens, but if you face this issue, try switching to a different browser. You may also clear history, cache, and cookies to see if the issue has been resolved.
